99% of the problem with most teachers is they don’t understand the basics.

Even worse, they flat-out refuse.

Call the basics what you want.

The details.

Following your systems.

SOPs.

Values.

Whatever you call it, it looks like the universe knows that we're all lazy and it's trying to make us skip the details.

We forget the basics.

Writer Henry James said there were three things that were very important in life:

The first is to be kind.

The second is to be kind.

And the third is to be kind.

It's a killer idea.

You must care, just like this teacher.

Because students are human beings, not widgets to be assembled or problems to be solved.

Because even the smallest act of kindness can make a big difference in someone's life.

Because when you care, they will care.

Because you are not just teaching subjects, you are shaping lives.

Hell yeah, kindness is free.

When you approach students with genuine care and kindness and you show them they are seen, valued, and heard, they'll be ready to leap forward.

Can u do it?

Do you want?

And are you willing to pay the price?

If not, think of Paris Hilton's words: "If you're not having fun then just leave."
